Our ladies only gym just recently refurbished has free weights, brand new state of the art resistance machines designed with the female form in mind. We have a cardio suite with Upright Cycles, Recumbent Cycles, Treadmills, Cross-Trainers and Rowing Machine. We also have facilities such as sauna, showers and sunbeds.
